Your form has a Location field. We tag it for you.
Generate a share link for each location. Submissions that come through it are tagged to that site automatically, and you filter the whole review queue by location. No more asking people to type in where they are.

Claim a submission and it moves to In review across the whole queue. Anyone else scanning the inbox sees it is already being handled, so you do not get two write-ups of the same report.

Once a response is submitted, it is locked. The answers cannot be quietly changed after the fact. Each review is signed off with a reviewer attestation, timestamp, and identity. Signed PDF export is on the roadmap.
